quality control, and a very strict computerized and visual one is expected! We exepect the very best in that field : we want a ultra clean watch with all accessories in place.
Now, regarding the accuracy of the watch, I agree that there should be some industry standard, but do not care for an outside testing procedure. JLC's 1000 houres master control is to me, better than COSC certification.
