I never thought I would, but I did it and I have no regrets what so ever. In fact quiet the contrary, although the Nautilus was too small for me before. Now, it is just my perfect sport watch!  It fits like a glove, it feels like a master piece and it is signed Patek Philippe.  No come back for me, oh yes, I will go for the chrono too !
