Rolex GMT-Master II SS black/black- new movement, maxi dial, ceramic bezel, positive clicks for the hours, 3 time zones, a new superb thick case, a triplock crown for the first time on a GMT, new bracelet clasp. Probably the only modern Rolex I am considering as a must try.

In a BIG way
UN GMT +/- Perpetual - 40mm, WG with either Anthracite/Grey dial, RG with Silverized dial, Perpetual Calendar can be adjusted forwards and backwards via single crown, H/M/s/D/DD/M/Y, 2nd time zone on main dial with patented quickset. Permanent home time on 3rd hand. Big Date in double window.
In a REALLY BIG way (not a LE)
UN GMT +/- Perpetual -42mm, WG with either Black/Grey dial (my choice), Perpetual Calendar can be adjusted forwards and backwards via single crown, H/M/s/D/DD/M/Y, 2nd time zone on main dial with patented quickset. Permanent home time on 3rd hand. Big Date in double window.
In a HUGE way (LE all the way)
Same as above except in either Platinum/WG/RG with White silverized dial ALL limited to 500 pieces with your number on the dial.
You could just keep it simple with a window displaying home time (this one has your name all over it)
UN Dual Time - 42mm, SS with black dial. Unique time zone quick setting and permanent home time display, Big date display. Screw down security crown.
OR
You can go smaller in size & simpler (IMO uglier as well) in design yet pretty much the same

Keep it classic:
Vacheron Constantin Malte Dual Time Regulator - WG, White dial, 38.5mm, beautiful self-winding movement, officers caseback, sword hands, power reserve 65hrs, hours subdial at 12 o'clock, regular minutes, seconds & date at 6 o'clock, while second time zone at 9 o'clock. Absolutely gorgeous timepiece.
I believe you already all set with your JLC choices my suggestion would be the same as Nicolas
JLC Master Geo World Boutique LE - SS, Ruthenium dial, LE 35 pieces, 41,5mm dial, plus a welcome introduction to a real manufacture.
