I have really been out of sorts these last couple of weeks, largely due to the cortisone injections I have received in my spine. I had a bad reaction to the first shot 2 weeks ago and I just had my 2nd one yesterday. They did give me something to help with my problems I had the first go around, but now that is wearing off and I'm feeling bad right now. But, hopefully, this 2nd injection will help. So, I just wanted to let everyone that I'm thinking of all of you and that I am still alive and kicking (just not real high, though) LOL Love to you all, Val
