2. VC Malta Chrono – white gold manual white dial Vacheron Constantine chrono the second love of my brain damaged trip ;-) Another splendidly finished silver white texured dial hmmm! Another 2 subdialed faced watch that made me fall on my arse when strapped on my wrist. The way they exceuted little details such as lug shape & curvature, chrono pushers & crown, to deployant crest buckle just on another level.
Needless to say the hand wound Cal 1141 is really something else to talk about – enough would be just looking at it.
3. JLC Master Minute Repeater - Power reserve scale on the right of dial, date scale on the left & Tourbillion window at 6 o’clock position all packaged in a creamy dial goodness – do you need anything else? ;-) Besides look at this baby!!!
4. IWC Portuguese Minute Repeater Platinum - From the outside, the watch is simple and understated with its classical look. It features a simple creamy, white dial featuring watch making’s “Queen of Complications.” Invented more than 2 centuries ago as a means to be able to tell time audibly, the dauntingly complex mechanism of the minute repeater strikes the hours, quarter hours and minutes upon request with the pull of a sliding lever. The slide mechanism on the left of the side of the watch is the only give away to what lies beneath the dial including the 11mm height of the watch. Besides the repeater musical hourly chime there is always the beautifully & heavily modified pocket watch 95290 movement in the transparent back to admire daily.

5. JLC AMVox 2 – EUREKA !!! Somebody has come up with a different approach to the chronograph! Activated by pressing on the glass (at 12 o'clock) for the start/stop function again (at 6 o'clock) for the reset. Part of the mechanism is displayed to demonstrate & it actually looks like the brake calipers of a car. There are no plans, at the present time according to JLC President, to include this movement in a regular production model.
