Open anyone's post and use 'Follow up'

Note: We have a little bug! When the thread is collapsed, this means that if you use 'View Thread' and use 'Follow Up' button, your reply will added at the bottom of that thread!  Sorry for that, do no worry it is being corrected!  (12-24 hours, I hope)
