This baby has the history, nice story in addition to being an amazing piece (with a price) to boot - Signed vintage Patek Philippe Ref. 2499 Then these two 46mm Pilot's watches (Lot 98 & 99) by non other then A. Lange & Sohne . Another 2 vintage Pilot's watches both in beastly 55mm one by Laco, Lacher & Co & this one by Lange . I also was intrigued by this Prototype 18k Gold Perpetual Calendar One-Minute Tourbillon Wristwatch with Retrograde Date by Breguet . With my latest obsession with shopping for all things vintage I can't wait to see what will be the price tag on this stunning Ref. 6263 Rolex Daytona . Also wondering what will this platinum Chronograph by IWC fetch or will it be a steal with such low estimate. Gotta say I was also stuck looking at this LE 18k white gold one-minute tourbillon by Bulgari . With all the recent controversy regarding the valuation of current PAM 203 I would be lying if I didn't admit that I am wondering what will this true classic PAM 21 fetch. Of course the focal point for me will be this special unique platinum piece by IWC. ALL of the proceeds of this auction will be benefiting the "Vol de Nuit/Vuelo Nocturno" children charity. Let's hope this Edition Antoine de Saint Exupéry breaks the auction records in bringing outstanding amount for this noble cause & many more children smiles.
